UKULELE WELLNESS FOR PEOPLE WITH PARKINSON'S AND PSP
Available online or in-person!
Recent research shows improvements in mood, anxiety, posture, and motor control after learning guitar. This class will use the guitar's easier cousin, the ukulele, for joyful lessons. It will also incorporate singing and vocal-strengthening music therapy techniques. Come join in the fun!!
